Phone hours: 9:00 a.m., to 8:00 p.m.
Each Life-Cycle ceremony is lovingly crafted just for you!
At a no-obligation, ceremony discovery meeting we get to know each other better. I listen to your expectations, hopes and dreams and take notes. I offer many suggestions for elements to include in your ceremony, and you tell me how you feel about them. I love including any cultural elements that are meaningful to you. No pressure -- you have one week after our meeting to decide if I'm right for you!
For the Platinum Wedding Ring Package, I will email you both a questionnaire that will give me more information about the two of you, so that I can artfully weave your love story throughout your wedding ceremony. You approve each draft to make sure you are comfortable with what I've written, until it's perfect!
All packages include (except Intimate): Unlimited email and phone consultations to ensure that every detail is exactly according to your wishes; from the Processional to the Recessional. I include the choreography in the ceremony script to make sure we're picturing the same thing in regard to who goes where and does what. This is also beneficial if you choose NOT to have me facilitate or attend your wedding rehearsal.
Silver: Does not include me facilitating/attending your rehearsal and starts at $300.00 plus travel (one trip to venue)
Gold: Includes me facilitating/attending your rehearsal and starts at $550.00 plus travel (two trips to venue)
Platinum: Includes me facilitating/attending your rehearsal and artfully weaving your love story throughout your ceremony. Starts at $800.00 plus travel (two trips to venue)
Intimate: Your choice of Religious, Spiritual, or Non-Religious
already crafted wedding ceremony. Fee depends on location.
Everything is included in your quote. No hidden fees or surprises. You will receive a quote at the bottom of my Payment Policy.
Civil Union/Commitment Ceremonies
A Commitment Ceremony is for those couples that are not able to be legally married for one reason or another, and so do not need a marriage license.
"Nancy, Here's a pic for you and your website. I thought this was a good one to show how you made it so special and happy and personal. It was a wonderful day!"
Mallory and Scott's Ceremony of Love
[A backyard in South Whitley]
Mallory and Scott wanted to pledge their love for each other and share their happiness with their family and friends. The sun shone brightly on them as they shared the vows they had written to each other. Wanting to share a private moment alone, they shared a glass of wine, and then included their children in a Sand Ceremony. They were on top of the world!
Vow Renewal or Reaffirmation Ceremonies
A Vow Renewal or Reaffirmation Ceremony is for couples who are already married and wish to reaffirm their love for each other.
After 7 difficult and trying years of marriage, Cortney & Timothy wanted to have a ceremony to celebrate their renewed faith and love for each other. They wanted to acknowledge the hardships and move on with a fresh start, and so they had a special vow renewal ceremony with their family and friends at the Whyte Horse Winery in Monticello, with their daughter to share their special day.
Your Ceremony can be as unique as you are!

Jenny and Berto
were married at the Indiana State Capitol Building in Indianapolis, beneath a
Chuppah decorated with blue and white flowers. They wanted a wedding
ceremony that blended two separate beliefs and cultures. Jenny’s Uncle said the
Kiddush before they shared a glass of wine, and they read their vows from their Ketubah before affixing their signatures. Berto’s Aunt read a Catholic blessing
in Spanish, and their guests were entertained by their Unity Ceremony that used
a Chinese Finger Trap from their first date together!
"Thank you very much! Everyone said that it was one of the most special ceremonies they had ever witnessed!"
Randi & Ben
(Goeglein's, Fort Wayne)
Randi and Ben attend a Greek Orthodox Church, and due to the church's restrictions, were not able to have their wedding performed by their Priest. They still wanted their wedding ceremony to have the traditional Greek Orthodox elements, we just made them more suitable for the venue. The highlight was their "Crowning Ceremony" where her son set crowns on their heads and followed them around the decorated table with their Unity Candle to represent the journey they will take as husband and wife.
Mathew is a total Sci-fi fan, so they just had to have elements of his favorite movies, including, of course, Star Wars. As the couple was exiting, they were greeted by a light saber arch! Their favorite quotes were sprinkled throughout their wedding ceremony, as well.
During their wedding ceremony at Orchard Ridge County Club, Madison and Brandon chose to blend a white wine and red wine to make a rose that they shared during their wedding reception.
There are many Unity Ceremony options using wine, honey mead or even tea and water.
